Saudia, Saudi Arabia’s national flag carrier, has won a prestigious recognition as the World Class Airline 2026 by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).
The national carrier has secured this unique award for the fifth consecutive year during the APEX World Class™ global awards ceremony.
“Receiving the APEX World Class™ recognition for the fifth consecutive year, alongside being named Best in Class for Service–Guest Experience for the second year in a row, is a true testament to the dedication and professionalism of Saudia’s team members,” Rossen Dimitrov, Chief Guest Experience Officer at Saudia, said.
Significant Milestone
This notable achievement reflects the overwhelming success of the strategy adopted by Saudia, which greatly concentrates on fostering the travel experience.
This strategy also aims to ensure guest satisfaction and reach the highest levels of operational safety across a wide network spanning more than 100 destinations in four continents.
“These awards reflect not only the consistency of our transformation but also the authentic Saudi hospitality that distinguishes us on the world stage. Guided by our new strategy, every detail of the guest journey is designed with thoughtful planning and flawless execution,” Dimitrov added.

Saudia also obtained “Best in Class for Service-Guest Experience,” for the second consecutive year by achieving the highest global score in the Service-Guest Experience category.
This significant milestone mirrors the consistency of the company’s guest experience transformation.
Furthermore, it highlights the Saudi hospitality that is deeply rooted in the Kingdom’s rich history.
