Al-Suwaidi Park: Explore Cultural Diversity at Riyadh Season 2024

Al-Suwaidi Park has opened its doors for visitors at the fifth edition of Riyadh Season, offering a rich cultural experience and vibrant celebrations that suit all age groups.

The prominent landmark in Riyadh promises to take visitors in an immersive journey around the world through displaying traditional music, clothes, handicrafts and traditional foods of different countries.

From October 13 to November 30, 2024, Al-Suwaidi Park will host interactive events to celebrate the heritage and culture of 9 different countries: Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Yemen, Jordan, Egypt, the Levant and Sudan.

In a vibrant and joyful atmosphere, visitors can explore the cultural diversity of these countries through large parades, concerts, theatrical performances, folklore shows, delicious traditional dishes and handicrafts that reflect the rich heritage of these countries.

The first week is dedicated to the Indian culture. It features performances by renowned artists, amazing shows, traditional Indian foods, and traditional clothes that showcase India’s rich cultural diversity.

Spanning over an area of 140,000 square meters, Al-Suwaidi Park also includes the Colors Oasis. It is an interactive playground which offers exciting games and climbing experience for all age groups, combining fun and adventure. Moreover, the Park features a Games Area for a more thrilling and adventurous experience for all family members.

Al-Suwaidi Park was introduced to Riyadh Season for the first time in 2022, and it was also part of Riyadh Season 2023’s zones. The Park’s entry is free for all Riyadh Season’s visitors. It is famous for its breathtaking landscapes and enjoys a wide popularity among Riyadh’s residents, as one of the oldest parks in the Saudi capital.
