Madinah continues to draw visitors during the summer holiday, offering a rich mix of religious, cultural, and historical attractions, alongside entertainment venues and high-quality experiences that create a well-rounded journey combining worship, knowledge, and discovery.
The Prophet’s Mosque remains the city’s focal point, surrounded by integrated services that include accommodation, markets, and other facilities for visitors. Nearby enrichment sites, including the Exhibition of the Architecture of the Prophet’s Mosque and the Exhibition of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization, present the mosque’s history through modern display techniques.

Visitors can also explore historic sites linked to the Prophet’s biography, led by Quba Mosque, which is connected to the Prophet’s Mosque through Quba Avenue. The pedestrian route combines historical significance with shops, restaurants, cafés, and markets offering local products and souvenirs.

During the summer season, Madinah hosts a range of events and experiences, including seasonal markets, cultural and entertainment activities, agritourism destinations, and the Madinah Dates Season, where visitors can discover different date varieties and related products.

The Madinah Region Development Authority continues to develop squares, public spaces, and visitor destinations, with the aim of improving quality of life and enriching the guest experience through cultural routes that reflect the city’s religious and heritage identity.
