The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) is bringing a distinctive expression of Saudi identity to the 2026 FIFA World Cup through a series of heritage-inspired artworks that will accompany the Saudi national team throughout the tournament.

As part of the initiative, Wrth unveiled a collection of commemorative exchange flags for the national team, drawing on the traditional Saudi craft of Sadu weaving. The designs incorporate cultural motifs associated with the Bedouin tent, reflecting values of generosity, hospitality, and the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage.

The collection also takes inspiration from the lavender that blooms across Saudi Arabia’s deserts, highlighting the diversity and beauty of the Kingdom’s natural landscape.
