The Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve Development Authority, in partnership with the Heritage Commission and the Qassim Principality, has opened the historic King Abdulaziz Palace in Qibah to visitors during Eid Al-Fitr, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The palace provided visitors with a rich cultural journey with exhibits showcasing a wide range of artifacts and antiquities.

Through these exhibits, the palace offers rare glimpses into the region’s social, economic, and historical heritage, while introducing a vivid window into the legacy of Qibah and the life of King Abdulaziz.
The celebrations featured magnificent performances of the Saudi Ardah, traditional handicrafts by local families, as well as dedicated educational zones for children.

King Abdulaziz Palace in Quba stands out as one of the Qassim region’s most remarkable historical landmarks.
Commissioned by the founder of the Kingdom, King Abdulaziz in 1351 AH, the palace was an administrative and security center for the region.

Its reopening mirrors the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve Development Authority’s commitment to protecting and highlighting historical and cultural sites, boosting their role as vibrant cultural and tourist destinations.
