The transformation of Wadi Khadra in Medina into a lush green oasis rich with breathtaking natural scenery.
This valley was historically known as “Wadi Ghabrah,” but according to some accounts, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) changed its name to “Wadi Khudrah.” It is located in the Al-Akhal district, which belongs to Wadi Al-Far’a, south of Madinah, according to Al-Ikhbariyah.
The village is distinguished by its natural springs and streams, including Ghadeer Al-Khuzaymi, as well as the widespread palm trees throughout the valley, which is covered in lush greenery. The breathtaking scenery has captivated its inhabitants, inspiring them to compose poetry describing its beauty and the charm of its natural landscapes.
