King Abdulaziz Library Highlights Saudi Heritage and Handicrafts at Almadinah Book Fair

The King Abdulaziz Public Library is taking part in the fourth Almadinah Book Fair, held from July 29 to August 4 and organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission.
As part of its participation, the library is showcasing a diverse collection of scientific, artistic, and literary works, including a range of its newest publications unveiled for the first time. A key highlight is its exhibition of rare photographs documenting traditional handicrafts from across the Kingdom, supporting the Ministry of Culture’s Year of Handicrafts 2025 initiative, which celebrates the richness and diversity of Saudi cultural heritage.

The library’s booth also features a special children’s section, offering engaging stories and interactive activities designed to educate and entertain young visitors.
This initiative reflects the King Abdulaziz Public Library’s commitment to promoting Saudi culture in all its forms and its vital role in preserving and sharing Arab and Islamic heritage on major cultural stages.
