
The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) will launch Ithra Spain Cultural Days from January 12 to 31, 2026, presenting 130 cultural, performing, and theatrical events that celebrate the richness of Spanish culture. The program will be held at Ithra’s headquarters in Dhahran.
The initiative aligns with Ithra’s mission to promote cultural and civilizational exchange with the world. It features a wide range of workshops, interactive experiences, dialogue sessions, theatrical performances, and exhibitions inspired by Spanish heritage, offering visitors an immersive journey into a civilization shaped by centuries of history.

Ithra Programs Manager Noura Alzamil emphasized that cultural exchange is a central pillar of Ithra’s vision, noting that celebrating Spain’s culture and history reflects this commitment. She added that this edition of Ithra Cultural Days is distinctive in its focus on Spain’s culture, civilization, and heritage.
The program includes activities such as drawing, printing, installation art, coloring, live performances, artistic workshops, flamenco learning sessions, ceramic-making, traditional Spanish fan-making, and explorations of Spanish crafts and traditions. Visitors will also experience a vibrant showcase of heritage and creativity through music, theater, and live performances.
