Saudi Arabia to Participate in Moscow International Book Fair 2025

Saudi Arabia will participate in the 38th Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF) 2025, held from September 3 to 7 in Moscow, Russia, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission (LPTC) will showcase the Kingdom’s evolving cultural scene and movements.

LPTC’s CEO Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Alwasel noted that Saudi Arabia’s participation provides an outstanding opportunity to highlight the contemporary face of national culture. Furthermore, it offers Saudi literary and creative talents an opportunity to showcase their works to an international audience.

Alwasel said that the commission aims to unleash new horizons of cooperation in literature, publishing, and translation, and to expand the global reach of Saudi content.

By taking part in the Moscow International Book Fair, the commission boosts Saudi Arabia’s presence in international cultural forums and signs global partnerships.

The participation also highlights Saudi literary and knowledge production and further enhances cooperation in the book and translation industries.

Overall, the Kingdom’s participation perfectly aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which considers culture as a cornerstone for development and international exchange.
