A unique collaboration between Saudia – Saudi Arabia’s national flag carrier – and Adidas has brought to light the “Made to Fly” collection.
Blending sportswear and aviation, the Adidas x Saudia Made to Fly collection is a travel-centered clothing line that heralds a new chapter where sport, culture and travel meet, Saudia said in a press release.
The Adidas x Saudia “Made to Fly” collection reimagines the tracksuit as a sophisticated travel uniform, bridging the gap between high-performance sportswear and premium aviation.
Built on the SOFT LUX line, the pack features a modal-blend peached spacer fabric with a liquid cotton treatment for an exceptionally soft, durable feel. Designed for seamless airport transitions and in-flight comfort, the collection integrates subtle Saudi design cues and aviation motifs.
This partnership reflects a modern travel philosophy rooted in the Kingdom’s cultural momentum, where global mobility and self-expression become a singular statement of identity for the contemporary traveler.
The collection is available in selected Adidas stores across Saudi Arabia, The UAE, Egypt and Morocco, as well as online. On this occasion, Bilal Fares, SVP and GM, Adidas EMC, praised the new collaboration.
“By bringing together Saudia’s connection to movement and Adidas’ sportswear heritage, we created a collection that feels elevated, effortless and relevant to today’s consumer,” he said.
Meanwhile, Khaled Tash, Saudia Group’s CMO, framed the Adidas collaboration as a strategic move to evolve the airline from a traditional carrier into a broader lifestyle and culture brand.
Following Saudia‘s 2023 rebrand, this partnership marks an expansion into “self-expression” and fashion, positioning travel as a reflection of personal identity, he said. Tash also highlighted that the collection is intended to symbolize modern Saudi ambition, capturing the creative energy and confidence of the Kingdom’s current cultural transformation.
