Saudia Adds 20 Flights to Connect Red Sea, Riyadh, Jeddah during Eid Al-Fitr

Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has boosted Red Sea travel during Eid Al-Fitr holiday with 20 additional flights.

These new flights will connect between Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Red Sea Destination, raising the total number of flights in both directions increases to 44, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The addition is the product of collaboration between Saudia, the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) and the Red Sea Global (RSG), as a part of a partnership designed to promote key tourism destinations in the Kingdom.

The partnership aims to develop the Kingdom’s tourism sector and bolster its contribution to the diversification of the national economy.

Furthermore, the partnership between Saudia and STA involves integrated efforts to drive tourism growth by providing additional flights and seats, as well as an extraordinary flight experience that reflects Saudi cultural identity.

This collaboration will also support the national objective of attracting 150 million tourists by 2030.

Interestingly, all flights to and from the Red Sea during Eid Al-Fitr will have the chance to experience Saudia’s integrated guest experience, including advanced AI-powered digital services.

Saudia and STA partnership involves a wide range of initiatives aimed at drawing more tourists to the Kingdom, enhancing air connectivity, and adding more flights to meet increasing demand.

Marking the end of Ramadan, Saudi Arabia expects Eid Al-Fitr on March 20, 2026, during which private and non-profit sectors will have a four-day holiday to celebrate the occasion.
