Saudia has achieved further progress in the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards and rankings, placing 15th globally and winning two awards: Best Airline Staff in the Middle East for the second consecutive year and Best Airline Cabin Crew in the Middle East.

Saudia’s cabin crew topped Skytrax’s Middle East rankings, while the airline retained its regional leadership in the Best Airline Staff award. The award is based on passenger evaluations of the services provided throughout the various stages of the journey, from ground services at airports to the onboard experience.
Eng. Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, said the results reflect Saudia’s continued progress and strengthen its position among the world’s leading airlines.
