Wrth Concludes Participation in “Terhal”

The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) has wrapped up its participation in the second edition of Terhal, a cultural performance organized by the Ministry of Culture from August 4 to 25 at the Mayadeen Venue in Diriyah.

As part of its presence, Wrth showcased a dedicated store featuring more than 300 handmade products rooted in traditional Saudi arts. The initiative supported the Ministry’s vision of presenting national heritage in a modern context while encouraging local craftsmanship and production.

The store gave visitors the opportunity to explore and purchase distinctive pieces created by over 20 Saudi artisans, students, and entrepreneurs. Drawing inspiration from more than 10 traditional art forms—including Sadu weaving, woodwork, wickerwork, embroidery, and pottery—the collection reflected the richness and diversity of Saudi cultural heritage.
