
The Jazan region attracted more than four million domestic and international overnight visitors in 2025, marking a 47% increase from the previous year. Tourism spending topped SAR3 billion, up 19% compared with 2024.

The growth was driven by continued investment in the region’s natural and cultural attractions, the expansion of tourism destinations and experiences, and improvements to infrastructure and visitor services.

Jazan has continued to strengthen its position as a tourism destination, supported by its historical heritage, diverse landscapes, and natural attractions. Ongoing investment in tourism infrastructure has helped establish the region as a year-round destination, contributing to Saudi Arabia’s broader economic diversification efforts.
