Saudia Opens Four New Air Routes Across Three Regions

KSA to be Primary Destination for International Travel

In a partnership between Saudi airlines, the Saudi Air Connectivity Program (ACP) and the Saudi Tourism Authority,

new routes to Beijing in China, Birmingham in UK, Kano in Nigeria and Johannesburg in South Africa, were announced in coherence with the country’s Vision 2030.

It’s a significant step to expand Saudia international flight network, boosting KSA’s tourism and aviation industries, and economic growth.

The new air routes invite travelers from around the world to experience the beauty, cultural heritage of the kingdom’s remarkable destinations besides improving the existing Hajj and Umrah-related travel services, for the sake of the Kingdom’s brighter future.

The ACP also offers financial incentives to airlines that will participate in this initiative.

The CEO of Saudi Airlines lbrahim Koshy said: “We are dedicated to optimizing our modern fleet to meet current and future expansion requirements.”

Koshy also called for innovative initiatives to help in improving travel experience for KSA guests.
