The inaugural edition of the Cultural Investment Conference will kick off on September 29-30, 2025 in Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Under the patronage of the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman, and with the participation of the Saudi Culture Minister, Prince Badr bin Farhan, the Saudi Culture Ministry will launch the conference at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh.
Taking place under the theme “Culture is Capital,” the conference will gather distinguished attendees, including global investors, policymakers, cultural leaders, and representatives from both the public and private sectors, along with creative entrepreneurs.
The Cultural Investment Conference 2025 will feature over 38 panel sessions and workshops, focusing on three key pillars: Wealth of Culture, Raising Cultural Capital, and the Cohesive Power of Culture.
Moreover, the conference will discuss multiple themes, such as Creative Entrepreneurship, Cultural Diplomacy, Reimagining Public Funding, Culture as Capital, Financing the Future of Culture, and De-risking Cultural Investments.
The conference is a remarkable milestone in the Kingdom’s journey toward fostering its cultural sector and strengthening it to become a key economic driver that enhances the national identity and advance tourism growth.
Furthermore, it underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to increasing its presence on the global cultural map and solidifying Riyadh’s position as a dynamic hub for culture and creative economy, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
