Saudi Tourism Ministry Launches E-Service to Expand Hospitality Capacity for Hajj 1447
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism has announced a new electronic service allowing hospitality facility operators in Makkah and Madinah to apply for increased bed capacity ahead of the upcoming Hajj season.
The ministry noted that the launch of the service is part of its continued efforts to foster digital services and streamline procedures, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Thus, it would enhance operational efficiency and bolster the sector’s readiness to offer top-notch services to pilgrims.
This initiative perfectly aligns with the ministry’s early preparations for the 1447 AH Hajj season and boosts its pursuit to support licensed hospitality providers and elevate the quality of services delivered to pilgrims.
The service also provides a streamlined and efficient digital solution, reflecting the ministry’s commitment to leveraging its electronic capabilities to ensure the comfort of pilgrims and offer them a smooth and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience.
The ministry stated that the service is available through the Tourism Activities Licenses Portal on its official website: https://mt.gov.sa.
