This comprehensive set of guidelines aims to ensure safety and security of tourists and offer them seamless experiences and top-notch services.
The farmwork defines the responsibilities and roles of ship operators, shipping agents, as well as ports.
It also set a unified path for obtaining the necessary licenses and permits to operate cruises including all technical and operational requirements. Hence, it further slidifies confidence among investors and consumers alike.
Crucially, SRSA has prioritized safety in all its regulations and procedures. It mandates cruise ships to develop emergency plans and regular crew training in accordance with international standards.
