In the lightweight division, Jordan’s Abdelrahman Alhyasat celebrated his first tournament win with a slick submission over Lebanon’s Anthony Zeidan. Meanwhile, fellow Jordanian Nawras Abzakh impressed in the bantamweight bracket, advancing to the semi-finals after defeating both Algeria’s Mokhtar Benkaci and Lebanon’s Marcel Adur.
