
Saudi Arabia has wrapped up its exceptional participation in the London Book Fair 2025 after introducing visitors to Saudi culture and heritage, according to Arab News.
The fair, held in London, from March 11 to 13, provided the Kingdom with an opportunity to boost its international presence and strengthen its position as a prestigious global cultural destination.
Through a comprehensive cultural experience, Saudi pavilions offered various glimpses into the Kingdom’s culture, arts, and heritage under the leadership of the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission.
The fair also highlighted the participation of several other cultural entities such as the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives, the King Abdulaziz Public Library, the King Fahad National Library, as well as the Publishing Association.
Commenting on the participation, Bassam Al-Bassam, General Manager of Publishing at the Saudi Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission, noted that the Kingdom’s participation in the fair fulfilled its strategic goals of promoting international cultural exchange, showcasing Saudi literary movements, as well as supporting Saudi authors in reaching a global audience.
