Royal Institute of Traditional Arts Unveils “Wrth Summer” Program for Children

The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) has launched the fourth edition of its Wrth Summer event in Riyadh, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Held from August 20 to 22, the three-day program sought to offering children a unique educational experience, introducing them to traditional Saudi arts through a vast array of interactive workshops.

In cooperation with the House of Culture, the event aimed at enriching children’s knowledge, developing their abilities, and providing them with practical skills related to Saudi cultural identity.

That is why the event featured engaging educational programs tailored to their ages and workshops on pottery making, Najdi door weaving, along with the traditional “Sadu” rug-making technique.
