Al-Baha region is gearing up for Eid Al-Fitr 2025 celebrations with several recreational and cultural events, according to Arab News.

Al-Baha Municipality has launched an outstanding program boasting 55 cultural festivities across the city.

The local authorities seek to offer unique experiences for residents and visitors during the coming holiday. They adorned the cityscape with 45 artistic sculptures and illuminated 30,000 linear meters of street lamps with decorative lighting.

“We have prepared 142 parks and gardens and 27 municipal plazas to welcome families during the holiday period,” Al-Baha Mayor Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sawat said.

Residents can now see festive Eid greetings decorating bridge panels, tunnel displays, as well as electronic screens throughout the city.

“These venues, along with specially designated event locations in Al-Baha city and surrounding governorates, will serve as gathering points for our communities,” the mayor added.

Residents and visitors will have various options to celebrate Eid, as follows:

  • Raghadan Forest Park
  • Prince Hussam Park in Al-Qayyim
  • The Market Square in the central district
  • The scenic walkway along Imam Mohammed bin Saud Road in Al-Hawiyah

Al-Sawat also indicated that all festivities will accommodate all society categories including children, families, elderly residents, youth groups, and people with disabilities.
