As Saudi Arabia is expecting Eid Al-Fitr to begin on March 30, 2025, the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has unveiled Eid Al-Fitr 2025 events.
Eid Al-Fitr 2025 events offer a diverse range of entertainment events and activities across all Saudi Arabia’s region, including music concerts, theatrical performances, and fireworks displays, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Eid Al-Fitr is an Islamic holiday marking the end of Ramadan. It is a celebration of breaking the fast, featuring traditions and cultural practices.
The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development said that Eid Al-Fitr holiday will start after the workday on Saturday, March 29, 2025, and will run for four days until employees return to their work on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Music concerts will start across many Saudi cities during Eid Al-Firt 2025, including Riyadh, Shaqra, Abha, the Eastern Region, Al-Qassim, and Jeddah.
Furthermore, Eid Al-Fitr events include outstanding theatrical performances. Bakr al-Sheddi Theater in Riyadh will present “The Suitcase” play from April 1-19, 2025. Meanwhile, Jeddah will present “Sun and Moon” play from April 1-6, 2025 at the Arab Theater.
Al-Mana Medical College Theater in Dammam will present “The Heirs” play from April 1-3, 2025, a comedic and entertainment show suitable for all family members.
At 9 pm of Eid Al-Fitr’s first day, fireworks displays will adorn Saudi Arabia’s skies across various cities. Moreover, Eid Al-Fitr 2025 events feature various entertainment activities across many Saudi cities.
On Eid’s first day, Riyadh’s Boulevard City, Boulevard World and Via Riyadh will host entertainment events. City Hub in Al-Khobar will host unique activities on Eid’s second day. Jeddah Promenade and Jeddah Marina will welcome visitors from Eid Al-Fitr’s first day with family-friendly activities.
