“Media Innovation Bootcamp” Enhances Its International Presence… 6 International, Local Judges Follow Future Media Industry

The Media Innovation Bootcamp (Saudi MIB), one of the initiatives of the Saudi Media Forum, is witnessing broad international participation from attendees, coinciding with the recruitment of global expertise and international judges—a step that reflects the forum’s orientation toward building a media ecosystem more connected to international experiences, and attracting expertise that contributes to developing innovative media projects according to global competitive standards.
Among the participating international judges are: Scott Livingston, CEO and Founder of Techno Media Arts; Simon Thithi, Founder of Insum for Media Projects; and Douglas Scott, Co-Founder of UNKNOWN and CINEMALISTICS, alongside Majed bin Anzan, Chairman of the Saudi Innovation Club, and several executives from major international media companies.
The diversity of expertise within the judging panel gives the bootcamp a clear international dimension, and enhances its ability to evaluate participating projects from multiple perspectives—supporting the quality of ideas, raising their readiness for development, and opening up broader space for understanding the requirements of the modern media industry.

In its third edition, the Media Innovation Bootcamp focuses on tracks that include AI-enhanced journalism, smart content creation, and the AI virtual presenter, within an approach that links the future of media with modern technologies, and gives innovators the opportunity to develop solutions that respond to the rapid transformations in the media work environment.
The bootcamp combines training, mentoring and practical development through specialized programs and workshops supervised by experts in media, technology and entrepreneurship, contributing to transforming ideas into more mature projects with greater capacity for development and growth.
The international presence at the bootcamp embodies a broader pathway led by the Saudi Media Forum toward enhancing its position as a space that brings together global expertise, supports innovation, connects talents with international practices, and opens new channels for cooperation and knowledge exchange in the media industry.
The bootcamp comes within preparations for the third edition of the Saudi Media Forum 2027, which is moving toward a broader global presence, through quality initiatives and programs that keep pace with technological transformations, and support a more innovative, impactful and internationally competitive media industry.
