Saudi Arabia’s Film Commission will organize the third edition of Saudi Film Nights for the second time in China from November 28 to December 7, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Four Saudi feature films will be screened across three major Chinese cities: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu.
The lineup features the following films:
- Hobal
- My Driver and I
- Slave
- Esaaf
The Saudi Film Nights will host open dialogue sessions for the filmmakers to interact and answer questions from the public and Chinese media. Thus, the event will further enhance cultural and creative exchange between the two countries.
Screenings will take place in China’s premier cinemas, selected for their central locations and cutting-edge technical facilities. Therefore, audiences can enjoy a fully immersive and high-quality viewing experience.
The event is one of the Saudi Film Commission’s ongoing efforts to boost the global presence of Saudi cinema and strengthen cultural collaboration with China.
As part of the Saudi–Chinese Cultural Year, the 2025 edition will highlight the evolving partnership between Saudi Arabia and China and encouraging more cultural exchange through cinema and the arts.
The Saudi Film Nights aims to celebrate national creativity and position the Kingdom as a prestigious film destination across the world.
