Saudia Wins World’s Best Cabin Crew at Business Traveler Awards 2025
Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has achieved a new milestone in its excellence journey by securing the “Best Cabin Crew in the World” award for the second consecutive time.
At the Business Traveler Awards 2025, held in London, the UK, Saudia established its status by winning the award, after clinching it in North America last year, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Winning this prestigious award for two years in a row underscores Saudia‘s leadership in the global aviation industry and its commitment to aviation excellence.
In the light of this, Chief Guest Experience Officer at Saudia, Rossen Dimitrov, noted that the award highlights the airline’s commitment to meeting the guest’s aspirations by providing an improved travel experience and an exceptional journey.
He added that Saudia’s recent initiatives that aim to enhance the passenger experience are a further testament to the airline’s dedication to continuous training, blending precision with genuine Saudi hospitality, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy to boost tourism.
Since the start of 2025, Saudia has enhanced the passenger experience by introducing new destinations, routes and services. Moreover, the airline has shown unwavering commitment to high standards of onboard services, such as comfortable seating, advanced in-flight entertainment systems, and authentic Saudi hospitality.
It has also introduced additional innovative services such as the “Share Item Location” feature from Apple to streamline baggage recovery, and Elie Saab custom-designed amenity kits for First and Business Class passengers for a luxury experience.
