Saudi Media Unveils 1st Animated Series ‘Al-Rahebeen’

The Ministry of Media’s Konoz Initiative has launched its first animated production, Al-Rahebeen, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Produced to inspire and entertain children, the 12-episode show features a team of Saudi heroes who form a private investigation group, embarking on a series of thrilling adventures.

Interestingly, the series follows four Saudi children with unparalleled abilities who collaborate together as a team to solve mysteries and puzzles, depending on logic and creativity to navigate different challenges.

Furthermore, the show offers an extraordinary blend between entertainment and accessible insights into Saudi history and culture, spotlighting the significance of national identity and pride in the Arabic language.

Al-Rahebeen is currently broadcasting on MBC3 and available for streaming on Shahid.

Notably, the series has recently secured international recognition with a Telly Award in the animation and entertainment category.

The Konoz initiative is part of the Human Capacity Development Program, a major component of Saudi Vision 2030.

It aims primarily to showcase the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage and civilizational contributions while highlighting the achievements of Saudi citizens across various fields through documentaries, short films, and animated productions.
