Al-Soudah Development, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, is participating in the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM), which takes place from December 2 to 5, 2024, in Cannes, France.
Through its participation, the company aims to showcase the “Soudah Peaks” project, a mountainous destination being developed atop Saudi Arabia’s highest peak, at an altitude of 3,015 meters above sea level. The event also provides an opportunity to engage with leaders in the tourism and hospitality sectors, luxury brands, global hotel operators, and companies involved in the field from around the world.
The “Soudah Peaks” project will offer innovative experiences in luxury hospitality. Its master plan is inspired by the local architectural identity and features six key zones in prime locations: Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Al-Hamra Rock, Jareen, and Rijal.
The project’s facilities include luxury mountain hotels and resorts, retail options, residential units with breathtaking natural views, as well as entertainment, sports, and cultural attractions.
