
Al-Soudah Peaks is a luxury mountain tourist destination located at the highest peak in Saudi Arabia, 3,015 meters above sea level. The area’s development project will include designs reflecting local architectural identity.
The goal of the Al-Soudah Peaks Development Project is to create a luxurious mountain tourist destination, protect and develop the natural resources in the project area to contribute to environmental balance, and attract two million visitors annually by 2033.
The project is being developed over an area of 2,627 square kilometers, with 80,000 square meters allocated for commercial spaces, 1,336 residential units, and 2,700 hotel rooms. The contribution is expected to increase the cumulative GDP by 29 billion riyals by 2033.
