
The Jeddah GT Race is coming to the Red Sea city for the first time in Saudi Arabia.
Set to take place on Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the event will feature two of the world’s most exciting GT races: the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS, and the GT4 European Series Powered by RAFA Racing Club.
The tickets are now available for the amazing event, scheduled on November 29-30, 2024. The GT World Challenge Europe will feature 55 cars in 1,000 kilometers contest over six hours. Meanwhile, 50 cars will compete in the GT4 race, over 250 kilometers.
This world-class event will attract an elite of the world’s top drivers and manufacturers, such as Porsche, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes AMG, BMW M Sport, Audi Sport, and Ford.
The Saudi Motorsport Company (SMC) has signed a two-year agreement to host the final round of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe in Saudi Arabia.
Jeddah is already the host of the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and Jeddah E-Prix. The new racing event will further establish its status as a global destination for motorsport events.
The Jeddah GT Race 2024 will mark a historic moment for motorsports in Saudi Arabia, as it will be the longest race performed in the Kingdom. Motorsport enthusiasts will feel the adrenaline rush in this thrilling experience.
Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al Abdullah Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Saudi Motorsport Company and the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, said: “The arrival of two more exhilarating world-class racing series in Saudi Arabia from 2024 confirms the scale of the Kingdom’s transformation into the new hotbed of motorsport in the region.”
