Jordan’s King Abdullah II, Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II and Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein joined thousands of fans in the stands to support the national team during its FIFA World Cup clash against Algeria, according to Arab News.
Algeria secured a 2-1 victory over World Cup debutants Jordan, with second-half strikes from substitute Nadhir Benbouali and Amine Gouiri.
The royal couple, joined by Prince Hashem bin Abdullah, attended the match at San Francisco Bay Area Stadium.
