Preparations are in full swing for the Rose and Aromatic Plants Global Forum 2026 in Taif, as organizers convened their first preparatory meeting to outline work plans and approve the event’s organizational strategies.
The meeting, held at the Iridium Hotel in Taif, brought together representatives from all forum committees. These included the scientific and tourism committees, as well as teams responsible for public relations and media, organizing and reception, and events and programs.
During the session, participants reviewed the forum’s organizational structure and discussed coordination mechanisms among the various committees to ensure the event is delivered to high professional standards. The discussions also focused on reinforcing Taif’s standing as a leading center for roses and aromatic plants.
In addition, attendees explored a range of initiatives and programs aimed at showcasing the cultural and economic significance of Taif roses and promoting them as one of the governorate’s most important agricultural products.
