Hiraa Cultural District Gears Up for Winter Activities During Mid-Year Break

The Hira Cultural District in Makkah is preparing to host its free winter activities in conjunction with the mid-year school break, which runs from January 2 to January 10. The initiative aims to enrich the quality of life by offering a renewed experience for visitors and residents of all nationalities and social groups in Makkah.
The neighborhood will host a variety of diverse activities, including the “Revelation Exhibition,” which will feature a special pavilion dedicated to the story of the revelation descending upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Children will enjoy immersive experiences through interactive recreational games at the Winter Theater, complete with the necessary facilities and ambiance to create an exceptional entertainment experience for families. This will take place in a delightful winter atmosphere filled with joy and enriching experiences.
Additionally, the event lineup includes activities such as the Challenge Arena, Poetry Walk, horse and camel riding experiences, and the “Caravan” event, aimed at preserving the cultural heritage of camel herding and showcasing the Kingdom’s deep historical roots.
Visitors will also enjoy a unique shopping experience at the Heritage Crafts and Industries Market, which features a wide range of commercial facilities, including restaurants and cafes.
