The Culture Square, a major landmark in the old city, has won the MEED Projects Awards’ Culture Project of the Year. The place is now hosting the fifth edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival, running from December 4 to 13.

In collaboration with the Tarek Abdel Hakim Museum, the festival is also presenting the “Cultural Garden” experience, offering a rich lineup of daily film screenings and musical performances. The open-air venue is welcoming visitors from December 5 to 13.

Coinciding with the festival, the Red Sea Museum opened its doors on December 6, reflecting the Museums Commission’s commitment to fostering cultural institutions and boosting centers of knowledge in the Kingdom.

Furthermore, Historic Jeddah will also unveil a mobile culinary cart, providing national and regional dishes — an initiative by the Culinary Arts Commission designed to highlight the diversity and cultural stories of Saudi cuisine.
