Jaydana Waterfront Project to Unlock Jazan’s Tourism Potential

In a major announcement, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) has launched the Jaydana Waterfront project to strengthen the region’s tourism infrastructure, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

During TOURISE 2025 summit in Riyadh, the RCJY unveiled the project, set to take place in the Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI).

With projected investments exceeding $2.9 billion in the first phases, the Jaydana Waterfront project aims to boost Jazan’s status as a tourism and investment destination along the Red Sea coast, driving the national economy in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Jaydana Waterfront is an innovative tourism destination that showcases the natural and cultural elements of Saudi Arabia’s southern coast, attracting both tourists and investors to the region.

It spans an area of 3 km2 on the RCJY waterfront in JCDPI, featuring an integrated package of tourist and entertainment facilities. The project aims to offer a comprehensive experience that compares to global destinations in its infrastructure, tourist experience, and architectural design.

Aimed at providing a vibrant, year-round experience, the Jaydana Waterfront project includes a variety of luxury resorts and hotels, a marina, restaurants and cafes, a water park, a yacht club, an entertainment arena, an aquarium mall, and a conference and exhibition center.

Moreover, it features a captivating architectural design inspired by the southern region’s identity and local heritage, with an innovative modern flair to create a unique destination for relaxation, entertainment, culture, and sports.
