Riyadh is in for a delicious culinary experience as Emmy Squared Pizza has arrived in the capital city of Saudi Arabia.
Running from April 24 to May 9, 2025, the New York-based pizzeria is delivering its cheesy goodness for two weeks in an exclusive pop-up in the VIA Riyadh’s main square.
The unique Emmy Squared Pizza offers Detroit-style pizzas distinguished by their square cut, fluffy thick dough and cheesy edges. Foodies are invited to choose a freshly baked pizza from a rich menu, featuring traditional favorites such as the Roni Overload, Hot Chicken pizza, and the indulgent Cinna Pie.

It also features signature sauce stripes and creative toppings, including the Colony² (Ezzo pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, honey), the Big Ang (house sauce, ricotta, double pecorino, meatball, banana peppers), and Angel Pie (ricotta, mushrooms, Truffleist mushroom cream).
They also include Hot Chicken (Nashville hot chicken, ‘Bama white sauce, chopped pickle), Good Paulie (caramelized onions, sausage, smoked gouda), Le Burger (grass fed beef, American cheese, Sammy Sauce, greens, pickles) and more.
Moreover, the menu serves indulgent milkshakes, including the Brooklyn Shake and Nashville Shake, as well as salads and burger sandwiches. One of the signature dishes is Le Big Matt, a 150-gram Black Angus beef patty topped with American cheese, Sammy sauce, greens, pickles, and is served on a pretzel bun.
Emmy Squared Pizza opened its first Saudi Arabian branch in Jeddah Yacht Club, but it closed in August 2024. The exceptional pizzeria opened its first location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2016, expanding into 26 locations, including in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
