Saudi Arabia will take part in London Book Fair 2025 in Olympia London, from March 11-13, 2025, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Kingdom’s participation in the London Book Fair 2025 will be led by the Saudi Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission. This participation aims to strengthen cultural ties and promote knowledge exchange between Saudi Arabia and the UK.
Moreover, the Saudi participation aims to boost joint cooperation in the fields of literature, publishing and translation. It also aims to enhance the presence of Saudi publishing houses and literary agents in major regional and global cultural platforms.
The London Book Fair 2025 offers a platform for the global publishing community to develop relationships, gain insights, and define the future of creative content.
The participation of the Saudi Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission in international book fairs is part of its endeavors to enable Saudi publishers to connect with global publishing houses, foster knowledge exchange, and introduce Saudi publishers and literary agents to international publishing experiences.
These efforts align with the commission’s commitment to build bridges between local and international publishing communities to develop the cultural sector and enrich the Arabic content.
Thus, Saudi Arabia’s participation in the London Book Fair 2025 includes five government entities: King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL); King Abdulaziz Foundation (Darah); King Abdulaziz Public Library; King Fahd National Library; and the Publishing Association.
