As Jeddah is bracing for the Jeddah E-Prix 2025 on 14-15 February, music fans are getting ready for one of the biggest live concerts in the Red Sea city. The R&B star Akon will perform live at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on February 14, 2025.
Akon is a Senegalese-American singer, songwriter and producer who has carved his name in the music industry. He is distinguished with his unique blend of R&B, hip-hop, and pop music. He is also known for his popular hits, such as “I Wanna Love You,” “Lonely,” “Right Now (Na Na Na),” and “Smack That.”
Akon has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Eminem, Lady Gaga, and David Guetta. He sold more than 35 million albums around the world.
Akon’s success is not limited to music. The R&B icon is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist, launching initiatives such as “Akon Lighting Africa,” which provides solar power to communities across Africa.
In addition to Akon, the Jeddah E-Prix event will feature a lineup of famous music stars. On February 15, hip-hop heavyweight Lil Baby, the popular Egyptian group Disco Misr and the Miami Band will deliver dazzling performances.

The iconic Jeddah Corniche Circuit will host the third and fourth rounds of the 11th season of Formula E race (E-Prix), for a more thrilling and exciting races against the fascinating backdrop of the Red Sea.
