The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) announced that the seventh annual Tanween Creativity Conference will take place from October 31 to November 6, at the Ithra Center in Dhahran, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Themed ‘Fail Forward,’ the event will feature 60 participants from all over the world.

Ithra explained that 2024 conference will delve deep into design through several workshops, training courses, exhibitions, and accompanying events that primarily focus on achieving promising accomplishments.
The 7th edition of Tanween Conference basically aims to change the concept of failure and make it an integral part of the design process. The event urges designers to accept failure in the creative process, as every experience has a moral lesson that leads eventually to innovative discoveries and valuable experiences.

Ithra invites creators and innovators to develop design solutions that enrich the Hajj experience through three main tracks:
- “Communication” to improve and develop guidance and direction services
- “Waste Management” to reimagine the process during the Hajj season
- “Health” to find new ways to reduce pilgrims’ fatigue

The center invites designers who are interested to embark on this creative journey to submit their projects before October 24 via the following link:
