Bored of Plain Rice.. Check This Protein- Rich Meal

There’s no doubt that adopting the same recipes each and every day is quiet boring. If you are used to eating traditional plain rice, then it’s time to try the following chickpea rice which is considered a nutritious meal as it contains carbohydrates, protein, and vegetables.
Ingredients:
Traditional cooked rice
1 cup of boiled chickpea
Olive oil
Oregano
Cumin
Salt
Dried coriander
Chopped parsley, dill
Lemon juice
Minced garlic
Recipe
First, season chickpea with olive oil, oregano, cumin, salt, dried coriander, and then cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes until crispy.
Add to your cooked rice chopped parsley, dill, then season with lemon juice, olive oil and minced garlic.
Top rice with chickpeas and tahini and you’re done.
