4 Tips to Ensure Food Safety in Kitchen

Dr. Abdullah Al-Thiabi, Consultant of internal medicine and gastroenterology, urges house wives to pay attention to food safety in kitchen to prevent bacterial growth that leads to many health problems.
Through a post on his official account on twitter, the doctor recommended considering the following tips:
- Wash hands and keep cabinets surface clean and dry all the time, as wet places are more vulnerable to bacteria growth.
- In the fridge, keep raw meat, chicken, seafood and egg away from other food.
- Use separate cutting boards to cut raw meat and chicken, then deeply clean them using soap, vinegar and boiled water.
- Set a convenient high temperature to cook food.
