Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport Achieves Level 2 Accreditation for Customer Experience Enhancement
Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah has obtained Level 2 accreditation for customer experience enhancement from Airports Council International (ACI World), as part of efforts to develop services provided to travelers and elevate their experience across all airport facilities.
Taybah Airports CEO, Eng. Sofian Abdulsalam, received the accreditation certificate during the Customer Experience Summit held in Istanbul, attended by a number of specialists and leaders in the airport sector.
The accreditation falls under ACI World’s Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program, which focuses on developing practices related to understanding passenger needs, measuring satisfaction levels and enhancing the quality of services provided.
The airport’s achievement reflects ongoing efforts to improve the passenger experience and raise service quality, contributing to the development of the air transport ecosystem and serving visitors to Madinah and guests of the Two Holy Mosques, in line with the objectives of the National Aviation Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
