Abha “also called the Bride of Mountain” is the capital of Asir Region in KSA that is connected to Jeddah by a coastal highway.
It’s located at a height of around 2,200 meters above sea level and is home to some of the tallest peaks in Saudi Arabia.
The region’s mild climate and existence above the sea makes it a perfect destination for relaxing and chilling out.
There are many places worth experiencing like:
Abha Dam; where you can get an amazing lake view.
The Green Mountain; its name came from green lights and grass covering it. It used to be a military headquarter because of its strategic location then later turned into a tourist destination that features wide range of facilities like restaurants, coffee shops, and an internet café.
The Art Street of Abha: it’s located just off the king Khalid road in Al Muftah village of Abha . It’s lined with purple jacaranda trees and considered the home of around 10 art galleries, a theater that hosts different shows and parties and several high end cafes and restaurants.
Abha High City, such a strategic location at the heart of Abha, offers panoramic views of the stunning mountains. It’s surrounded by wide range of hotels and parks and it’s reachable via King Abdulaziz Road from different regions of the city.
