Saudi Arabia’s Culinary Arts Commission actively participated in Sirha Bake & Snack 2026, held from January 18 to 21 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The commission has showcased the significant diversity of Saudi dates, providing deep glimpses into their innovative applications across the culinary arts.
The Saudi pavilion featured a dedicated showcase for Saudi date suppliers, offering an extraordinary blend between the Kingdom’s traditional flavors and modern techniques inspired by French culinary artistry.
To provide a rich cultural and culinary experience, the pavilion offered guests a unique opportunity to taste date‑infused pastries and traditional Saudi coffee.
Through its participation, the Culinary Arts Commission aimed to foster the global presence of Saudi flavors while spotlighting the depth and richness of the Kingdom’s culinary heritage.
