flynas Connects Jeddah & Moscow via Direct Flights

Saudi Arabia’s low-cost airline, flynas, has launched a direct Jeddah-Moscow route, to be operational on December 23, 2025.

As part of this route, flynas will operate three weekly flights between Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, according to a press release.

The new route involves collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) and the Air Connectivity Program (ACP). It comes in line with flynas’ expansion plan, as well as the national objectives of the Kingdom’s tourism and aviation sectors.

It follows a similar move in August, with flynas became the first Saudi airline to launch direct flights between Riyadh and Moscow.

Moreover, the move aligns with the airline’s commitment to providing more reliable and convenient travel options for passengers by expanding destinations and routes.

It also reinforces the ongoing cooperation between flynas, the STA, and the ACP to implement marketing initiatives aimed at promoting travel to Saudi Arabia.

Under the theme “We Connect the World to the Kingdom,” flynas aims to expand in the Russian aviation market as part of its growth plan, in parallel with the objectives of the National Civil Aviation Strategy.

The strategy focuses on enabling national air carriers to connect Saudi Arabia with 250 international destinations, accommodate 330 million passengers, and host 150 million tourists annually by 2030.

It also supports the objectives of the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques.
