Saudi Arabia is gearing up for the world’s largest comedy gathering as the Riyadh Comedy Festival will bring together comedic stars from across the globe.
Running from September 26 to October 9, 2025 at Boulevard City, the Riyadh Comedy Festival will feature over 50 of top comedians in the world to deliver unique comedic experiences.
The Riyadh Comedy Festival is part of Riyadh Season 2025. It will present live stand-up performances, comedy-focused talk shows, interactive sessions, and comedy workshops to spark laughter and connect cultures.
In the light of this, the Chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Turki Al al-Sheikh, unveiled a star-studded lineup of comedians who will celebrate all forms of comedy in the festival’s inaugural edition.
The list features iconic stars such as Chris Tucker, from the Rush Hour movies, and Emmy winner Aziz Ansari, the co-creator and star of Master of None and the upcoming film Good Fortune.
Moreover, Pete Davidson, the Saturday Night Live alumnus and creator of Peacock’s Bupkis, alongside stand-up powerhouse Tom Segura, whose Emmy-nominated show Bad Thoughts recently garnered critical acclaim, are among the participants.
The list also includes Andrew Santino and Bobby Lee from the popular Bad Friends podcast, as well as Emmy-nominated writer Nimesh Patel, Amazon Prime comedy favorite Sam Morril, and the internationally acclaimed British-Iranian comedian Omid Djalili.
Furthermore, the lineup features big names such as TV and podcast personality Chris Distefano, Netflix regular Mark Normand, veteran stand-up comedian Hannibal Buress, the multi-award-winning Louis C.K., and beloved Australian comedian Jimeoin.
The Riyadh Comedy Festival will also bring prominent comedians including Andrew Schulz, Bill Burr, Bobby Lee, Gabriel ‘Fluffy’ Iglesias, Jessica Kirson, Jimmy Carr, Jo Koy, Kevin Hart, Maz Jobrani, Russell Peters, Sebastian Maniscalco, Whitney Cummings, and Zarna Garg, with additional announcements to be made over the next weeks.
