For Lavish Dining Experience.. Try This Butterfly Shrimp Recipe

If you got bored of traditional daily meals, then it’s time to try an easy, fast, healthy and more than tasty butter fly shrimp, here’s the recipe:
Ingredients for shrimps’ spices
1 kilo large shrimps
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp shredded lemon
1 tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp black pepper &1 tbsp basil
Stuffing ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 mashed garlic cloves
1 tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp black pepper
½ tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp chopped dill, 2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped green cilantro
1 egg yolk
Preparation
After washing Shrimp and removing its peel except the part on tail, open it from the middle to get a butterfly shape.
Mix all shrimps with lemon juice, shredded lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil and set aside for 5 minutes.
To prepare the stuffing, mix melted butter with shredded lemon, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, dill, cilantro, garlic and hot sauce, then add egg yolk, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Now, stuff each piece of shrimp with 1 tbsp of prepared stuffing and set aside.
In an oven tray, add lemon slices as a first layer, then add shrimps pieces above them.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, then cook the stuffed shrimps for 20 minutes. Decorate the cooked shrimps with chopped parsley and enjoy the taste!
