“Serido 2026” Real Estate Exhibition Opens in Jeddah with Broad Government, Private-Sector Participation

Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaili, Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing for Housing Supply Stimulation and Urban Development, opened the fifth edition of the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition “Serido 2026” at Jeddah Superdome. The event is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and features participation from a range of government entities as well as real estate and financing companies.

During the opening, the Deputy Minister toured key real estate and financing projects, products and services offered by participating entities, along with investment opportunities and home-ownership options available to visitors and investors.

Serido 2026 brings together leading entities and companies operating in the real estate sector, helping to strengthen connections across the real estate ecosystem, showcase projects and products, and highlight investment opportunities and ownership options in the Saudi real estate market.

The opening ceremony included honours for the event’s patron, sponsors and supporting partners in recognition of their contributions to Serido 2026 and to boosting participation by all stakeholders in the real estate sector.

The exhibition runs until 8 September and targets specialists and stakeholders in the real estate sector, business leaders and investors, as well as those seeking to explore available projects and opportunities in real estate development, ownership and investment.
