Emrina, a powerhouse representing global brands in Turkey, has signed a strategic deal with China Railway Assembly Xinjiang Construction and Development Company and Saudi Arabia’s Le Park Concord Company—a premier entity in real estate and hospitality, according to Reuters.
The deal features the establishment of a joint venture company designed to expand the Saudi tourism sector by constructing a total of 60 motel projects throughout the Kingdom.
These projects aim to strengthen the Kingdom’s tourism, hospitality, and commercial infrastructure, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The motels will further promote modernity and sustainability, offering high‑quality accommodation solutions to meet increasing demand.
Strategically located, they will draw both domestic travelers and international visitors, standing out as a milestone for comfort and accessibility.
This cooperation will see China Railway Assembly Xinjiang Construction and Development Company bring its world‑class expertise in engineering, construction, and infrastructure to the venture.
Through its expertise in Saudi regulations, permits, and authorization processes along with professional international project management experience, Emrina will play a pivotal role across the planning, construction, and operational phases. The company will also ensure successful coordination between Chinese and Saudi partners.
