
The “Craftsmen” event, organized by the Hira Cultural District in collaboration with the Heritage Commission, will launch next Saturday, November 22, in Makkah’s Hira district.
Designed to celebrate local craft heritage, the event will spotlight the creative work of artisans in an engaging cultural environment. Visitors will have the chance to explore a range of craft experiences, discover traditional techniques, and observe artisans demonstrating their skills firsthand.

Craftsmen Event
Over the course of five days, the event will feature a dedicated handicrafts zone, live demonstrations, workshops for young creators, a heritage theater, winter seating areas, a children’s play zone, henna art, competitions, prizes, traditional foods, and interactive games.

By fostering direct interaction between artisans and the public, the initiative aims to enhance appreciation for traditional crafts and reinforce their significance in preserving the Kingdom’s cultural identity.
